Spaces in use for the Conference
Registration Table:
Located at the bottom of the stairs to the garden level on the north side of the Garden Atrium. (Note: Elevators will bring you to the southwest end of the Garden Atrium.)
Food/Drinks:
Drinks and refreshments will be available all day outside Room B2590.
Buffet-style lunch will be served on the north side of the Garden Atrium.
Ground Truth coffee shop on the ground floor will have snacks and drinks available for purchase. (Availability subject to Wisconsin Union staffing)
Rooms:
- Hello World (Room 1570) – located on the ground floor with 2 entrances, one near the stairs down to the garden level, the other near the stairs up to the 2nd floor.
- Room 1524 – located on the ground floor near building entrance from W Johnson Street
- Room B2250 – located on the garden level (lower level) in the southeast side of the Atrium
- Room B2590 – located on the garden level (lower level) on the west side of the Atrium
- Garden Level Study Rooms – located around the northern and southern edges of the Garden Atrium (lower level). Will be used for the Unconference.
Note: No food is allowed in these rooms. Drinks with lids and/or caps are allowed.
