Description

In this mixture of short lectures and inclusive discussion with Robert and some friends from the Agile Community of Practice, you will learn the common-sense principles behind agile, kanban, lean, scrum, and their ilk, and how to start applying them to make things better–certainly a little, maybe a lot–for yourself and those you serve.
