Description
Meet the challenge of team diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) using a traditional gap analysis. A gap analysis is a method for generating ideas and moving forward on initiatives and projects to create desired change. Together, we will explore the benefits of a gap analysis, how to complete one, and how to look for insights. Our cohort used this tool to better understand the differences between our current and future states around DEIB and identify strategies for influencing DEIB.
