Biography

Morgan Andersen joined UW-Madison in November 2021 and is currently the Integrations Strategy Lead for the Administrative Transformation Program (ATP). Before joining ATP in March 2023, she was the Associate Director of Financial Applications within UW-Madison’s Division of Information Technology (DoIT). After obtaining a Master’s degree in Scandinavian Languages & Literature, she switched gears and began her career in IT over 15 years ago as a financial software developer for the University of Texas at Austin. She spent almost a decade building software and web solutions before moving into leading technical teams. She has lived in four states, three of the Nordic countries, and has worked in the private sector, state government and higher ed.
