Biography

Lucas Gallagher has a background in Cybersecurity and is a DevOps Cloud Engineer for UW–Madison’s School of Medicine and Public Health, where automation is central to his day-to-day work. He leads efforts to responsibly adopt AI tools such as GitHub and Copilot, and plays a key role in deploying and configuring secure AI services to support medical research.
