Biography

Theresa Kim is the Fully Prepared to Lead Program Manager in the UW-Madison Learning and Talent Development department. With a background in public education and corporate training, she has been to countless boring and ineffective meetings. She is a Subject Matter Expert in how NOT to run a meeting. As this new remote landscape has changed how we experience meetings, she is happy to share some best practices, tips and tricks.
