Megan McDonald is the CRM Manager for the Division of Continuing Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her Salesforce journey began over a decade ago as an end user at a non-profit organization focused on K-12 educational leadership. She was happy to make the jump to higher ed at UW-Madison in 2018 – and now enjoys being a Salesforce “wizard behind the curtain”, building all the things, managing integrations, and supporting end users on all the ways Salesforce can help them work smarter.
