Biography

Shawn Thiele joined UW-Madison in June 2017 as the Lead VoIP Deployment Technician within the Division of Information Technology where he assisted with the VoIP transition from Centrex. Two years later he took on a new role as a Unified Communications Engineer and became the service delivery lead for Webex and Cable TV. He strives to provide the best customer support on campus and ensure everyone has a seamless experience with Hybrid Video Conferencing. Some of his favorite hobbies include playing video games with friends, golfing and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
