Biography

Ella Tschopik is the IT Help Desk Supervisor for the UW–Madison School of Education. With over a decade of campus IT experience, she focuses on support strategy, team development, and building community across departments. She recently organized the first IT Support Symposium to foster connection among IT professionals. Ella is especially interested in the intersection of technology, leadership, and organizational culture, and how we design systems that support both people and progress.
