Biography

Carolyn Wilson supports the Job Rotation Program as the IT Program Manager for the past 3 years. Her work focuses on helping early career professionals in IT gain experience and knowledge in a variety of IT units on campus and build a strong network. She also aids employees in finding a position on campus after the program completion of 2 years. She works with a variety of units and IT colleagues on campus to continue expanding her understanding of the IT environment and for partnering with the program. She joined the IT Mentoring Steering Committee because she has an interest in helping connect people and continuing professional development growth on campus.
