This presentation will teach the basics of Edgar Schein’s Humble Inquiry methodology for using open-ended questions to more effectively connect with coworkers and clients when solving complex problems. The approach builds stronger working relationships and fosters collaboration while encouraging learning and growth.

Attendees will learn basic concepts of Humble Inquiry, how to use concepts to approach collaborative problem solving in variety of settings, and practice using approach with real-life examples.
