Biography

Peter Boguszewski is the CIO for the UW–Madison School of Education and Director of MERIT (Media, Education Resources, and Information Technology). He has been with UW–Madison since 1999, serving in a variety of leadership roles and helping guide the evolution of technology to support the university’s teaching, research, and outreach mission. In his current role, Peter is responsible for setting strategic direction, aligning technology with the School’s priorities, and leading teams that deliver reliable, secure, and forward-looking services. His work philosophy emphasizes strong partnerships, innovation, and building effective, service-oriented teams.
