Biography

I perform various operational tasks for the it.wisc.edu and DoITnet websites. I occasionally create new communication tools for WordPress websites. I have contributed to the UW-Theme for WordPress. I occasionally write articles for Tech News and the Connection.

I have a BA in English from UW–‍Madison and a certificate in Technical Writing from Clemson University. I’ve got a couple decades worth of CEUs in professional communication, project management, QA testing, plain language writing and accessibility. I have also recently completed my Internet Accessibility, Design and Policy certificate at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s College of Applied Health Sciences.

I am active in University Staff shared governance, representing district 65 in University Staff Congress.
