Biography

Thad Molling joined UW-Madison in April 2021 as the Associate Director for Departmental Support within the Division of Information Technology. Departmental Support provides technology support for many departments on campus and assists with the selection of technology solutions needed to provide services to the University. Prior to joining UW-Madison, he served as the Manager of Enterprise Infrastructure at Promega Corporation, a global biotechnology company headquartered in Fitchburg Wisconsin. During his 17-year tenure at Promega, Thad provided infrastructure solutions for the sales, manufacturing and distribution operations for all of Promega’s global locations.
