Biography

Nick is the Director of Administration Innovation and Planning (AIP) in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration (VCFA). Nick and his team of twelve Innovators are focused on preparing UW-Madison to deliver modern and future focused administrative services to advance the University’s mission of research, teaching, and research.  Nick and AIP are currently supporting UW-Madison through the last year of ATP, while also building capabilities in continuous improvement, metrics, and data analytics in support of the VCFA’s strategic plan and standard operations.
