Biography

Ella Tschopik is an IT/AV Support Manager with the UW–Madison School of Education. With over a decade of campus IT experience, she focuses on support strategy, team development, and building community across departments. She created the IT Support Symposium and spent years volunteering with ACM SIGUCCS, including serving as Program Co-Chair in 2024. Ella is especially interested in the intersection of technology, leadership, and organizational culture, and how we design systems that support both people and progress.
