Biography

Bridget Bartell is the Incident Response Analyst for UW-Madison’s Office of Cybersecurity. She first started working for UW-Madison in 2014 at the Division of Information Technology (DoIT) Help Desk while finishing her B.S. in Psychology as a non-traditional transfer student. She began working as a Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC) Analyst in 2017 before moving to her current role in 2020. During her time working for Cybersecurity, she has obtained several industry recognized certifications, including her CISSP. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Information Security Engineering with the emotional support from her two dogs, Fiona and Molly.
