Crague Cook has been involved with supporting customer-facing technologies in higher education for over a decade. Currently, Crague serves as the Hardware and Software Specialist for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Libraries. His responsibilities include: creating best practices and strategies around hardware and software support within the libraries, performing hardware research, and implementing and incubating new services and technologies to support Libraries staff and student end-users.
