Biography
Crague Cook is the Organizational Change Manager at the Division of Information Technology (DoIT) with 14 years at the university, spanning roles in both the central and distributed IT. This experience provides a grounded perspective on how central and distributed IT come together to support the institution. Currently supports Smart Access and IT Federation, with a focus on helping people navigate change in a way that feels clear, supported, and manageable.
